This really is one of those feel good factor apartments. I have to say it felt like a really happy place to be when I walked into to view. And it was a total suprise!! – the inside of the apartment is totally renovated to an excellent standard and quality. For a one bedroom apartment is is suprisingly spacious, with lots of storage areas.
The bathroom has a very modern theme with stylish tiling and modernn fittings. The oversized shower area has a big power shower and lovely white furniture in the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted and very up to date. Lovely wooden wall units and work tops, with an open plan aspect into the lounge area.
The whole apartment is light and bright and airy. An ideal location for a holiday home or as a base in Spain.
The lounge is large enough to hold a seating area as well as a dining section.
The bedroom is wonderful. Well sized with quality fitted wardrobes and lighting.
The lounge opened out onto a spacious covered terraced with room for outside diining and relaxing.
The property is only 4 minutes walk to the sea.
10 minutes walk to the train station of Torreblanca and a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop.

This apartment has an excellent renal track record, and would be a fabulous investment for either a rental return or a holiday home.
